Waterford Distillery proudly launches a new release, Heritage: Hunter. For a little over 15 years, Hunter was the barley variety for Irish malt, accounting for 75% of Irish malting barley purchases by 1966. A favourite with brewers and distillers for the distinct and intense flavours it imparted. It wasn’t to last. By the end of the seventies, Hunter had been replaced for the usual reasons of yield and pest resistance.
The Waterford Distillery has a new release, Heritage: Hunter. Come and share the forgotten and lauded flavours of the past and a chance to experience real rarity in whisky. Sample the whisky while immersing yourself in the history and heritage of this very special location.
We are delighted to once again share these forgotten and lauded flavours of this remarkable variety with you – a glimpse back in time, a chance to experience real rarity in whisky and invite you to come to sample the whisky and immerse yourself in the history and heritage of this very special location.
Harmania is an Indie Choir that sing arrangements of well known (and some not so well known) Indie and Pop songs, Bluegrass, Americana and Folk songs. We sing anything from Fleetwood Mac to the Fleet Foxes and everything in between.
