This is a wonderfully imaginative workshop packed full of creativity using drama techniques. Chloe provides a welcoming environment for children with different challenges to safely explore what drama can offer them.
Using stories, games, mime, art, movement and more, the activities are carefully chosen for the children’s ages, interests and abilities ensuring everyone has an inclusive enjoyable experience.
Three workshops are available for the following age groups: 8-10 years, 11-13 years and 14-18 years. These drama workshops explore communication, confidence building, self-expression, social interactions, self-discipline and problem-solving. They will also provide an opportunity to release some energy and have a lot of fun! Chloe offers an opportunity for the group to learn about themselves and the world around them through games and play. She pays particular attention to improving confidence skills, imagination, and vocabulary, helping each child to focus and follow direction.
There is priority booking for children and adolescents who are linked to one of the three Childrens’ Disability Network Teams in Waterford. Places are also available for children and adolescents not linked to a Childrens’ Disability Network Team.
